What is it?
The Clover PomPom Makers are used with yarn to make handmade pompoms varying in size from 1 3/8 to 3 3/8 inch in diameter. These can be used to top of kit hats, create garlands, or use with other knitting and crafting projects.
What can I do?
Using the PomPom Makers and yarn, you can make pompoms varying in size from 1 3/8 to 3 3/8 inch in diameter. These pompoms can be tied to the top of hats made with the Makery’s Knitting Machine, strung together as a garland, used for a yarn pompom wreath, or other creative ways. You can use more than one color yarn to make half-and-half or multi-color pompoms, too! The thickness of the yarn, amount you use, and how tight you wrap the PomPom Makers will determine the fluffiness and density of your pompom.

What materials do I need?

What Materials Can I Use?
A lot of knitting yarns from stores like Michael’s, JoAnn, and Amazon work well with the PomPom Makers. Worsted #4 medium weight yarn is considered a good “beginner yarn.” A soft yarn like wool will make a fluffy pompom. Decorative yarns that have sequins, glitter, or a silky gloss are not recommended.
