The Makery at Elmhurst Public Library is a do-it-yourself makerspace for hands on experiential learning. The Makery is located the basement.

Reservations are recommended but drop-ins are welcome. To request a reservation:
Please provide as much information as possible about your project (e.g. materials, size) so we can ensure we reserve the proper equipment.
Reservations are available up to 7 days in advance for up to 2 hours at a time. Please allow one business day for staff to review and respond to your requests.
If you have sensory sensitivity, please let us know when booking your reservation and we will do our best to reserve your time when loud equipment is not being used. Noise cancelling headphones are available for use in The Makery at all times.
