Your business can hold staff meetings and training sessions at the Elmhurst Public Library in one of our Meeting Rooms or in the Computer Lab. Virtual meetings are also an option. Eleven study rooms (including a board room) that are equipped with white boards and/or screens enable you to conduct meetings, job interviews, and brainstorm sessions in an enclosed space. There is also ample seating in the Business Center on the 2nd floor. There you will also find the business reference shelf which has resources to help you learn about owning and running a business, investing, managing employees, career planning, and resume assistance.
Copy machines and scanners are available near the Business Center. Documents can be scanned directly to USB, email, cloud-based storage like Google Drive, and even faxed! Save your scans as PDF, searchable PDF, Word, PNG, TIFF, or JPG files. The convenient and user-friendly Touch Screen interface of our scanners help you easily navigate all the available features. Basic office supplies, such as hole punches and staplers, are also available.
