What’s My PIN

Note: If you got your EPL card after October 2016, your default pin is the last 4 digits of your phone number. 

Set Up a New PIN

1. Go to the Catalog.
2. In the upper right corner of the browser window, click [LOGIN].
3. Enter your EPL card number (starts 21135…) and enter a PIN. Please note that the PIN requires a four-digit minimum (with non-repeating digits, such as 1111).
4. Click [SUBMIT].
5. Two new fields will appear. Retype your PIN below in the field below that.
6. Click [SUBMIT].

Change Your PIN

1. Go to the Catalog.
2. Log in according to the directions in Checking Your Account (above)
3. On the left sidebar, click the link for [MODIFY PIN] (next to the clock image)
4. Enter your current PIN and retype it below in the field below that.
5. Click [SUBMIT].

Forgot your PIN

1. Go to the Catalog.
2. In the upper right corner of the browser window, click [LOGIN].
3. Click [FORGOT YOUR PIN].
4. Enter your Barcode and click [SUBMIT].
5. A message will be sent to the email address on file with instructions to reset your PIN. If you don’t have an email address in your account you need to contact the Library.
